I have always been inspired by physical art, as appose to digital art. In this case, you can see that I created this design with print making techniques in mind to create a raw feeling for the viewer. It appears as art, until you open it revealing the linear designed menu.

The concept of this project was personal to me, as it was slightly inspired by my great-grandfather, who worked the railroads in his younger life – so it was also important to me to include human expression in the design. The layout of the menu was created to be read with ease.
